Its that CURSED sleep routine, that your body got used too. You may be intentionally delaying sleep to regain control over your leisure time...(just saying..i mean why are you up till 3 what in the world are you doing????) & or using phones or computers late at night tricks your brain into thinking it is still daytime, blocking melatonin. But consistently sleeping at 4 a.m. for several days trains your body to expect sleep at that time so youre like a natural night owl . BUT DONT WORRY ITS TIME TO SHIFT THAT SCHEDULE! So e things you could do are: Wake up at the same time every day (e.g., 9 a.m.) even on weekends, regardless of when you slept, to reset your clock. Get at least 20 minutes of natural light immediately after waking to tell your brain the day has started. Avoid bright screens and blue light 1-2 hours before your target bedtime. Dim lights and do relaxing, non-screen activities (reading, listening to calm music i said CALM NOT ROCK MUSIC) an hour before bed. Limit caffeine intake to before 12 pm so NO DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING BEFORE BED EVERY SUGARY DRINK HAS CAFFENIE IN IT. If these changes do not work over several weeks, you should consider consulting a sleep specialist and telling your parents about this!! 😊
