Send Robux from one account to another with this step-by-step guide
PDF download Download Article

Do you have Robux sitting in an unused Roblox account and want to transfer it to your main? While you technically can't transfer Robux between accounts, there's still a way to move the Robux to the account that needs them. To use this workaround, you'll need to create a gamepass on the account that needs the Robux, and then buy that pass with your old Roblox account. It's a lot easier than it sounds, and we'll show you how to do it!

Sending Robux to Another Account

You can transfer Robux from your old account to your new account by creating a gamepass on the new account for the amount you want to transfer, then using your old Roblox account to buy that gamepass. After the transfer, it can take up to 30 days for the Robux to appear in your new account.

  1. 1
Log in to Roblox Creator Hub. In a web browser, go to create.roblox.com, click Log In, and sign in using the Roblox account you want to transfer the Robux to.
    • You must have created at least one game or experience in Roblox for this method to work. If you haven't, you can create a game now using the default settings.
  2. 2
Click Creations on the left menu. If you're using a phone or tablet, you may have to tap ☰ at the top to display the menu first.[1]

  3. 3
Click any of your games or experiences. This opens the Overview page.
  4. 4
Scroll down and click Passes. You'll see this in the left menu under "Monetization".
    • Again, if you're using a mobile device, you may have to tap the menu icon to see the menu.
  5. 5
Click Create a Pass. It's the blue button at the bottom of the right panel. This opens the Create a Pass page.[2]
  6. 6
Give the pass a name and click Create Pass. You can call the pass "Transfer" if you'd like, or just enter any name here. You can leave the description field blank or type something like "Transfer Robux" if you want to keep things straightforward.
    • Once you click Create, the pass will be added to your Passes list.
  7. 7
Select the pass you created and click Sales. Once the pass is open, you will see Sales in the left panel.[3]
  8. 8
Add a price and enable the item for sale. Toggle the switch next to "Item for Sale" to enable the gamepass, then enter the amount of Robux you want to transfer from the other account.
    • Don't set the amount any higher than the amount of Robux you want to transfer. The transfer works by using the other account to buy the gamepass, so you'll need to have enough Robux to complete the transaction.
    • Robux will take a 30% percentage of the purchase price to cover the transfer.[4]
  9. 9
Click Save Changes. This saves the price to your gamepass.
    • If prompted, click Proceed to agree to the terms.
  10. 10
Copy the link to your Roblox profile. Now that you've created a gamepass, you'll want to get a link to your game or experience's store. The easiest way to do this is:
    • Go to Roblox.com in a web browser.
    • Click the Profile link in the left menu.
    • Click your Creations tab.
    • Click the game or experience in which you created the gamepass.
    • Click the Store tab.
    • Click the gamepass.
    • Copy the URL in your browser. To do this, click or tap the URL in the address bar, right-click or long-press the address, and select Copy.
  11. 11
Log in to the Roblox account you want to transfer the Robux from. Click the gear icon and select Log Out, then sign back in using the Roblox account that currently holds the Robux you want to transfer.[5]
    • Alternatively, you can click Switch Accounts and select the account if it's already logged in.
  12. 12
Buy the gamepass from your other account. To do this, you'll just go to your other account's game or experience's store and buy the gamepass using the Robux in your account. When you do this, the Robux you spend will be subtracted from the original account and transferred to your new account.
    • After making the purchase, the Robux you're transferring will not appear in the new account's Transactions right away. Technically, Robux may stay pending for up to 30 days, but the Robux will usually be released in a much shorter time period.[6] For most transactions, the Robux will usually only be pending for 5 to 14 days.
    • If the funds don't transfer to the new account in 30 days, contact Robux support for help by filling out their support form.
