    The new version of the DSI 1.4.4U does not allow chest cards. You are going to need to factory restart and remove all your updates for the Action Replay to work, then follow the steps above.

    Delete all the apps all over again from the DS eStore and put them all back on. Be sure to take a picture of them before you do it so you know what to restore.

    All you have to do is take the R4 card out and put it back in. Then power off the DS and turn it back on and it should be able to read it.
