How do I transfer document files from a DVD?

First check that you have a DVD-R or DVD RAM disk drive. Then insert the DVD in your computer. After that navigate to the file you want to transfer. Copy (or cut depending on your situation) the file and paste it on your desktop (or wherever you want it) it may take some time but after that your file will be copied (or moved).

How can I download files from a flash drive?

Plug the flash drive into your computer and then navigate to the associated folder. (If you open your main File Explorer window, you should see the flash drive on the left hand side.) From there, you just need to find the files you want to download and move them into the correct folder on your computer.
