how do I tell my family I'm nonbinary and make them believe that, and that its not a delusion or teenage hormones?

my parents found out I've been telling my friends I'm non-binary and use they/them but they think its teenage hormones or a delusion. how do I tell them its genuine?

Tell them it's not a choice, and ask them if being whatever gender they are is an illusion. Also I support you!!!! As a fellow nonbinary person, we rule!!!!

I think I have a crush?
A week ago, I met a boy who came from another country for a trip and I got his number. We've been texting everyday and he's genuinely really nice, good looking, and smart. We're a couple years apart, and both of us are teenagers. I really like him and I think I have a crush on him. He sometimes says things that could imply something, but his mother tongue isn't English so I'm not sure. Am I Ambidextrous?
So, this is kind of a weird question, but today, my basketball coach had us switch hands when dribbling a ball. They think my movements are less rigid and awkward with my left, but I use my right hand for writing and things that need precision, like things for which my hand should be rigid. It's not necessarily better, my left hand is better physically and it flows more naturally. I do have more control in my right hand, but sometimes my left hand is just more comfortable, if that makes sense? I know for sure that I'm not left-handed. My parents say I used both hands as a child, but once I started preschool, I leaned toward my right hand. I'm considering the possibility of my being ambidextrous. I could just be right-handed, but I'm not really confident, because sometimes my left hand is just BETTER. So am I ambidextrous?
