How do I know if I need therapy?
This quiz said I should consider therapy, and some people have told me that before too. But like...how do you know if you actually need to go? Sure I get sad or angry sometimes, but so does everyone. I mostly feel fine.

so I also cant talk about this stuff to my parents bc I used to harm a lot and they never noticed. so I would turn to my friends but most of the time I would draw and listen to music I like no one noticed by the marinas is a good one. but anyway I would listen to music and draw when I couldn't talk to my friends but nowadays my parents had recently found out that I've been harming again and I definitely cant turn to them about this so I have this one friend who harms as well but hes trying to help me get better and I'm helping him too.

It said that for me too but if I want to go my mom would have to take me and if I ask her she will say no and ground me

I'm in the camp that everyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy helped equip me with the tools to better process and handle my emotions and I feel like my mental health is in a much better place
