   Go to the Wikipedia page you want to download. To search for a page, go to https://www.wikipedia.com, and then type a word or phrase into the search bar.

   • If you're using a mobile browser, scroll to the bottom and tap Desktop to switch to Desktop view.

   Click Tools. You'll see this drop-down menu in the upper-right area of the page below the language menu. A drop-down menu will expand.

   Click Download as PDF. This is under "Print/export" in the drop-down menu. This will redirect you to a page that includes a download link. The page will display the message Please wait while the document is being generated. The process won't take more than a minute to complete.

   • Immediately after it, the page will refresh automatically and a download link will be generated.

   Click Download to start the download. This saves the PDF to your usual "Downloads" folder.

Saving Wikipedia Pages Using Print to PDF

   Go to the Wikipedia page you want to download. To search for a page, go to https://www.wikipedia.com, and then type a word or phrase into the search bar.

   • If you're using an Android, open the page in the Google Chrome app.

   Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd+P (Mac). This shortcut opens the printing menu.

   • If you're using a mobile device, skip to the next step.

   Set your print to PDF settings. The print menu allows you to convert and save the webpage as a PDF.

   • On Windows, set the Destination as Save to PDF, Microsoft Print to PDF, or similar. Then, select Print.
   • On Mac, click the down-arrow next to PDF and select Save as PDF.
   • On iPhone or iPad, tap the Share icon and select Options. Tap PDF, and then Save to Files.
   • On Android, tap the three-dots icon and select Save as PDF.

   Click Print. This may also look like Save. The PDF will be saved to your device.

Saving Wikipedia Pages Using Special:Export

   Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Export in a web browser. This is the Special:Export page.

   • Use this method if you want to export Wikipedia pages in XML format.

   Paste the link of the page you want to export. This will go in the Add pages manually box.

   • Alternatively, click Add in the Add pages from category box to search for pages.

   Click Export. This is the blue button at the bottom.

   • By default, the boxes will be checked for Include only the current revision, not the full history and Save as file. Check or uncheck these boxes to adjust them.
   • The Wikipedia page will be downloaded in XML format.

  On an Android device, you have to be a member of Wikipedia. You can register by clicking the Options bar on the far upper-right corner. After registering, when you load an article you will see a download symbol above the page in the middle. Click it and the article will download to your files in PDF format.
