If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple, you can do so from your iPhone, iPad, or computer. If the subscription has already been billed through your Apple account, you can easily request a refund on the Apple website. For services billed through other providers, you'll need to follow your provider's instructions. Here's how to cancel a payment in the App Store, whether it's upcoming or already submitted.
Cancel a Pending Payment in the App Store
To cancel a subscription on the App Store, open Settings and tap your Apple account. Tap Subscriptions, select a subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. On Mac, go to Account Settings in the App Store. Click Manage and then Edit next to the subscription.
Steps
Canceling a Subscription on iPhone/iPad
-
Open the Settings app. It's the gray gear icon on your home screen or app library.[1] Canceling a subscription will prevent you from being charged in the future for that app or service.
- If you have an Apple TV and want to cancel a subscription before your payment is due, you can use this method. Just make sure you're signed in using the same Apple account used to make the purchase.
-
Tap your name. This is at the top of the screen.Advertisement

- To find which account may have purchased the subscription, search your email for "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple". Official invoices/receipts will have the billed Apple account at the top.[2]

Tap Confirm. You will not be charged again for the selected app or service.
- You can continue using the app or service's features until the final date of your billing cycle, which appears at the bottom of the screen.
