Becoming a Superstar in the Sims: Quick Steps

Find a free neighborhood and create four bachelor Sims.
Build up their Cooking, Charisma, Body, and Creativity skills.
Make them meet downtown and become friends.
Buy Diamond Dust and Beeswax and apply for Studio jobs.
Collect Black Roses from an obsessed fan who wanders by the lot.
Buy the Ever-After Candle.
Cast the fame charm on yourself.

Find a free neighborhood.

If possible, delete some of the Sims already in that neighborhood.

Create four bachelors Sims.

Maximize your Sims' skills.

You may need to use the 'rosebud;' cheat code and the 'move_objects on' cheat code to speed up your progress.

Orchestrate a Sims friendship.

You can do this by sending each of them to the 'Downtown' or 'Old Town' Community Lots.

Buy Diamond Dust and Beeswax.

Go to Magic Town and buy some Diamond Dust and Beeswax, or make your own Beeswax, using the Wax 'n Honey Maker (Optional Step for using the Magic Method).

Have your Sims apply for jobs.

Once they are all good friends (65 points and higher on the short-term relationship bar), then have each of them 'apply' for a job, using the Studio Town Insider.
- Have each of your Sims advance to at least 2.5 Stars on the Studio Town Star Chart, if you plan on using the Magic Method.

Wait for the Obsessed Fan to come by your lot.

Add these to your Inventory, if you plan on using the Magic Method.

Buy the Ever-After Crafter.

Download Article

Buy the Ever-After Crafter and add the Diamond Dust, Beeswax, and Black Roses to it, and then craft 'The Price of Fame' Charm. Make sure you have an empty flat surface that your Sim can place it on.

Cast the charm.

Download Article

Now all you need to do is go to Studio Town and 'use' one of the Fame Objects to increase your Sim's Star Level to 5 stars!

Make sure you keep going to Studio Town and using the Fame Objects there. Not only will you save yourself from a demotion, you also give your Sims a chance to win at least one Fame Award!

If you give your Sims at least 7 Logic Skill Points, you can quickly earn MagiCoins by performing at the Spook Show Stage. You can find this stage on the Vernon's Vault Magic Town Lot. This will allow you to easily purchase Diamond Dust and/or Beeswax.

You can actually download some of the Celebrity NPC skins online! Just look up 'The Sims NPC Skins' while you're online, or just type in the keyword 'Bloody Sims'. That should take you to a page where you can download some of the NPC skins featured in The Sims.

Do not EVER make any Superstar Sims in any families you play that have more than one Sim. Doing so will cause save errors, in which the game will crash if you try to save it.
